What is Somatic Breathwork

Somatic Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that helps release the emotional and physical tension stored in your body. Using rhythmic, connected breathing and music, it opens the door to deep healing, clarity, and peace.

why it works

Somatic Breathwork helps bridge the gap between mind and body. By intentionally changing the way you breathe, you stimulate your nervous system to release what’s been stored — emotionally, mentally, and physically. Each breath becomes a signal to your body that it’s safe to let go, allowing space for clarity, calm, and a renewed sense of energy.

what to expect

You may experience movement, sound, laughter, or tears ... all forms of release are welcome here. Each session is guided and supported in a safe, eyes-closed environment where you’re encouraged to stay connected to your own body and breath. It’s also normal to feel physical sensations during breathwork, such as numbness, tingling, dry mouth, heaviness, or even temporary cramping in the hands, feet, or jaw. These sensations are common and typically just signs of energy moving through the body. Every breathwork journey is unique, and you are always in control of your pace, depth, and experience. Let your breath take you only as far as feels right for you.

Through circular breathing, you activate your nervous system and release built-up energy — stress, trauma, or emotional blockages — that have kept you from your fullest potential. The session combines “clearing” and “repatterning” phases, guiding you from release into calm restoration.
